Massage became Taras’ passion since he was 18 years old when he was an active member of a running club and used short massage techniques and contrast hydrotherapy to help other runners to recover faster and efficiently after intense training sessions.

After graduating from Ternopil Pedagogical University in Ukraine, Taras taught geography and history in high school for 13 years.

After immigrating to Canada, he decided to pursue a Massage Therapy career and after graduating from Medix school in North York and becoming an RMT, Taras started actively practicing massage therapy in various locations.

In his massage therapy practice, he works with his clients to reduce pain, muscle tension and stress associated with everyday life activities. He actively uses Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial work, “Deep Tissue” techniques in conjunction with general Relaxation and Wellness approach, focusing on client’s needs and helping them achieve their treatment goals.
